The Village at Lionstone
A 288-unit apartment community located in Colorado Springs purchased January of 2016 for $28,100,000. The property was sold September of 2017 for $40,500,000.

Timberline
A new 78,000 sq. ft. climate-controlled self-storage facility located in Fort Collins, CO. Construction began in January 2017 and property was sold in November 2018.

22 Spruce
A joint venture to develop a 48-unit downtown Colorado Springs apartment project. Construction began in June 2016 and property was sold in March 2018.

All Pro Prairie
Beginning in 2011, two investment properties in Colorado Springs and one in Castle Rock were purchased by a limited partnership. By September 2017, all the properties were sold.

Jefferson Commons
An office building in Lee Summit, MO purchased for $1.7MM in August 2015 and sold in June 2017 for $2.095MM.

Highlands at Redhawk
A 56-unit apartment community located in Castle Rock, CO. Construction began in June 2015 and property was sold in December 2018.

South College
A new 81,075 sq. ft. multi-story facility located in Fort Collins. Construction began in November 2017 and property was sold in March 2019.
